Haiti - Politic : The examination of documents of the PM finally began

One week after the submission of documents of the Prime Minister named and an adjournment of session yesterday Thursday in the Lower House, https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-16832-haiti-politic-parliament-forms-its-permanent-commissions.html the deputies finally reached to the Special Commission to analyzes the 15 documents filed by the Prime Minister and to determine his eligibility or not.

The Special Commission is composed of 7 members, 3 deputies of the "Parliamentary Alliance for Haiti" (G48, APH), 2 deputies of parliamentary group at the listening of the people (G33, GPEP) and 1 deputy of the "parliamentary group independent "(G11, GPI).

List of deputies members of the Commission : Benoit Laguerre, Bossé Jean Robert, Franck Lauture, Gérard Théramène, Ronald Étienne and Salem Raphael, a 7th member who will represent the Office of the Lower House will join the Commission.

Furthermore the deputies Enel Apolon, Jacob Latortue, Jean René Lochard, Fred Piton, Jean Benoit Guerrier, Jean Asthèn, Jude Destiné and Yvon Geste were chosen to sit on the Bicameral Commission in charge of discharges of those who occupied positions of accounting of public funds and to serve on the Ministerial Cabinet.

The Commission has 72 hours from this Friday, March 11 to submit its report on the eligibility or not the Prime Minister named, Fritz Jean.
