At 7 days of the election, Gaillot Dorsinvil, President of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) reported that a formation session was held this weekend for the Electoral Security Agents (ESA in french) of all departments.

For the Department of the West, this two-day of formation, was held at the National Police Academy located on the route de Frère, in Petion-Ville. For other departments, the formation was provided in the UNPol headquarters of each department.

Last week, the electoral supervisors of the West have been formed.
