President a.i. Jocelerme Privert and his Prime Minister, Enex Jean-Charles in a decree to be published Monday, April 11, beginning to put their men to take control of the Public Administration. This decree contains no fewer than 15 appointments: 1 Minister, 1 Secretary General, 11 Directors General, 1 Chief of Staff and 1 Secretary General at the Primature.

Minister of Defence :

Former Colonel Antoine Atouriste, former General Director of the Unit for Combating Corruption (ULCC) was appointed Minister of Defence (Ministry which was assumed by interim by Simon Dieuseul Desras, Minister of the Environment).

Secretary of State :

The former Director of Local Authorities, Paul Harry Voltaire was appointed Secretary of State for Territorial Community. He replaces Audain Bernadel.
