Haiti - Politic : Rain of nominations in the public administration

President a.i. Jocelerme Privert and his Prime Minister, Enex Jean-Charles in a decree to be published Monday, April 11, beginning to put their men to take control of the Public Administration. This decree contains no fewer than 15 appointments: 1 Minister, 1 Secretary General, 11 Directors General, 1 Chief of Staff and 1 Secretary General at the Primature.
Minister of Defence :
Former Colonel Antoine Atouriste, former General Director of the Unit for Combating Corruption (ULCC) was appointed Minister of Defence (Ministry which was assumed by interim by Simon Dieuseul Desras, Minister of the Environment).
Secretary of State :
The former Director of Local Authorities, Paul Harry Voltaire was appointed Secretary of State for Territorial Community. He replaces Audain Bernadel.
Directors General :
- Garry Joseph Mazile, appointed Director General a.i. of the Ministry of Culture ;
- Abel Métellus, Directeur, appointed Director General of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (Former Director of the budget) ;
- Ronald St Jean, appointed Director General of National Press ;
- Magaly Béatrix Camilien Bien-Aimé, appointed Director General of the Ministry Planning (Former Deputy Director General at the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation) ;
- Lemeque Pierre, appointed Director General of the National Office of Civil Aviation (OFNAC) ;
- Luc Eucher Joseph, appointed Director General of the National Airport Authority (AAN) (Former Secretary of State for Public Security under Préval) ;
- Me Lionel Constant Bourgoin, appointed Director General of the Unit for Combating Corruption (ULCC) (Former Commissioner of the Government near the Civil Court of Port-au-Prince in 2011) ;
- Roland Pierre, appointed Director General of National Center for Equipment (CNE) ;
- Arnoux Séverin, appointed Director General of Ministry of Agriculture (Former West Agricultural Departmental Director (DDO)) ;
- Gabriel Timothée, appointed Director General of Ministry of Public Health (Former Director General of the Ministry of Public Health and Population (MSPP)) ;
