Haiti - FLASH : 93 decisions of communal electoral litigation, contested

In a note, Léopold Berlanger, the new President of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) informes that 93 complaints were lodged against decisions made by the Communal Electoral Offices of Litigation (BCEC) in 66 Communes.

This list is also displayed at Registry of BCEN ans is available : to the Directorate of electoral operations, located at #133 road of Frères ; the level of all Departmental Electoral Offices (BED) and the Communal Electoral Offices (BEC).

The CEP stressed that this list does not include the commune of Cap-Haïtien, Limonade, Thomazeau and Côtes-de-Fer, because that the decisions of BCEC are not yet displayed.

Furthermore, in the commune of Côtes-de-Fer, the elections will be resumed.
