This Thursday, at the Marriott Hotel, the Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH), strategic coordinating body of the Primature, is organizing the 3rd Forum of human resources directors (FDRH) of Public Service around the theme "Improving the performance of the civil service by the establishment of an effective attendance monitoring system."

During the day, activities will be conducted, inter alia on:

The Absence and absenteeism as factors for non-performance;

The management and control at station, of presences: a collective responsibility;

Effective control at the duty station: electronic attendance system via the imprint ...

The legal framework in term of attendance management;

The concept of occupational disability and long-term leave...

Experience s will also be shared on the use and monitoring attendance records via the badge, fingerprints, etc... Remember that this Forum is a space for reflection, exchange and sharing of experiences of transversal nature offered to heads of HR departments and public bodies to make recommendations to the relevant authorities on the common issues of the public service.

This major event, which has received financial support from USAID through the KONEKTE Program, will bring together over 80 Directors and HR department managers of the entire Haitian government.
