The PHTK and LAPEH still a little closer

Friday Jovenel Moïse candidate under the banner of PHTK met ean Hector Anacacis, Coordinator of the "Alternative League for Progress of Haiti" (LAPEH) party of presidential candidate qualified for the second round, Jude Célestin . At that meeting, an initiative of Jovenel Moïse, the two men spoke of the maturity of the agreement of 5 February, of electoral campaign and shared their concerns about the Verifications Commission and their common interests.

Apparently none of the two men is for the politics of the tabula rasa, which would benefit none of the candidates, but they both want the elections. In fact it seems that in this rapprochement it was question to ensure that if the PHTK wins, it will govern with LAPEH and that the reverse was also true, a winning solution for both candidates, whatever the outcome of the election.

In doing that the CEP openly displayed its contempt for the majority of political parties who fought for the establishment of an Independent Commission of Evaluation and Verification of elections of the 9 August and 25 October 2016. By this gesture, the nine new members of CEP already announced that they will not be different from others and once a CEP partisan, driven by a force who has not yet said his name."

Charles Henri Baker wrote to the President of the CEP

In a letter signed by Charles Henri Baker, President of the party RESPÈ addressed to Léopold Berlanger, President of the Provisional Electoral Council, Baker said he was "surprised by the publication of results of municipalities that took place simultaneously with the presidential elections. I draw to your attention that frauds recorded on 9 August and 25 October concerning the elections in general and not only the Presidential election..."
