However some of these

personalities targeted by these bans including Laurent Lamothe is not currently in Haiti.

Me Jean Danton Léger (Head of Port-au-Prince Parquet), which states ignore the exact number of people involved and the reasons for such bans, explained that these decisions are provisional measures and "it proves to be an imperative duty to make them available and ready at the first request of Justice." Regarding the personalities who are abroad he said ignore if they are present or not in the country, but the most important is that these people are in Haiti to meet the need of justice.

Recall that Me Jean Danton Léger is customary for this type of ban, one not know if he is zeal or execution of political-legal maneuver. Let's recall those issued against Olivier Martelly, the former Minister of Economy and Finance Wilson Laleau and Ronald Nelson, bans that were dismissed by the court in chambers.
