Haiti - Elections : Ballots and polling stations missing

At Carrefour Feuilles, there was a long line outside at 7:20am, but a greatest confusion inside, voters can not vote, there are no ballots...
At camp Kanaran, observers of political parties await ... There, where had to find the polling station, only emptiness... there is no polling station, no security force, it's the confusion, but many people angry.
At Fermathe: 1h30 after the official opening, the office is still closed.
At Delmas, several individuals throwing stones on the pooling station "La Dollière".
