At Frère Salesien (Office 9) in Petion-Ville, a voter was to vote and discovered that a vote had already been registered in his name... Audits of ballots are underway in the polling station, about what appears to be a fraud... At Camp Corail people threaten to force the polling station to close in protest because they are not able to vote. Cavaillon - St Louis du Sud - Triburon - Delmas 32, the representatives of candidate Martelly are not allowed into the polling station. At Lycée Pétion, representatives of RESPE are prevented from monitoring the election. The polling station of the Lycée Claudy Musseau at Les Cayes is still not open 2h00 after the official opening...
