Haiti - FLASH : 60 years in prison for a Haitian multirecidivist

Monday, Jean Jacques (41) a Haitian national has been sentenced by a State judge in New London (Connecticut, USA) to the maximum sentence of 60 years in prison for fatally stabbing a young woman of 25, Casey Chadwick, whose body was found in a closet in her apartment of Norwich.
Recall that the federal authorities have repeatedly tried to expel Jean Jacques, who lived in the US illegally. But Haitian officials have refused to take it back after serving a sentence of 17 years behind bars for attempted murder in 1997. The immigration and customs officers had then released Jean Jacques from prison in early 2015, six months before he kills Casey Chadwick.
