Haiti - Elections : For Mulet, everything is peaceful, it's an "Electoral Feast" ! 28/11/2010 11:19:04
At Bel Air, voters can not enter the pooling station, nearly all ballots were already filled... The head of the UN mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH), Edmond Mulet, visiting Leogane told AFP, "In general everything goes well, all is quiet. There have been some incidents at Desdunes, minor incidents". Always at carrefour a man identified as Fetus Gaby was arrested in possession of many ballots with the name of Célestin (INITE) the candidate of Préval. Mirlande Manigat voted in Delmas 18.
