Haiti - Elections : Mirlande Manigat said that frauds are at the benefit of INITE

Gaillot Dorsainvil, the president of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) has voted at the Lycée of Petion-Ville. He ensures that the vote of the population will be respected and that measures will be taken to correct the irregularities. (The CEP will not fail to work after a day of massive fraud...)

A radio in the capital reported that Ms. Manigat said that the frauds that took place, are in favor of the platform INITE (Candidate Jude Célestin). She asked its activists, supporters and sympathizers, to demonstrate peacefully.

At Fermathe, it seems that people are still not able to vote, 6 hours after the official opening...

At Martissant, several registred voters can not vote because their names are not on the list...

At the Lycée Anacaona (Grande Rivière) the queue of voters grows, but party representatives, say that they do not have any more ballots (!)...

In Les Cayes a demonstration is underway. Demonstrators protesting against irregularities in the pooling station École Dumarsais.
