The Mexican Embassy in Haiti informs that after the closing of the Special program of License Scholarships (2013-2915) that allowed 300 Haitian students to take four years of studies in Mexico, the Mexican Government offers other types of scholarships for foreigners, including the Excellence Scholarships.

The convocation 2016 for the Excellence Scholarship is open until September 15, 2016 and proposes :

1. Scholarships for Specialization, Master, PhD, research, specialties in Medicine and short training of License and Master;

2. Special programs for visiting professors, senior lecturers, artists, media employees, improvement of quality to Mexican institutions and Award Genaro Estrada for expert in studies on Mexico.

Several academic centers set up financial facilities for higher education to foreigners, outside the list of scholarships offered by the Mexican Government. It is recommended to establish a direct contact with the institutions of your choice.
