Wyclef Jean, who is in Haiti since Monday said "This is Not democracy this is Dictatorship under the Facade of Democracy ! But the Haitian people will not be intimidated we want to vote!!

Wyclef Jean was unable to exercise his right to vote, "They cannot find my name on the list and even though I have an observer card signed by the CEP they did not allow me to vote."

UPDATE 1:12pm We have just learned that Wyclef was finally able to vote. "I just Voted but some with me could not and there are still many who can't find their name on the List"
