Monday, Prime Minister Enex Jean-Charles, accompanied by his Chief of Staff, André Lemercier Georges, the Deputy Chief of Staff, Lordis Bernard and Yves Romain Bastien, the Minister of Economy and Finance (MEF) met with members of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP).

Besides the opportunity for the Head of Government to reiterate the determination of his administration to facilitate, without delay, the holding of elections it has been discussed matters related to the financing of elections.

The Prime Minister has promised to do everything possible so that the CEP may have the financial resources, human and material necessary for holding free, fair and democratic elections to enable Haiti to face the many challenges it faces, particularly insecurity.
