Haiti - Elections : France worried by the dysfunctions...

France expresses its concern at the numerous incidents occurred, Sunday, during the election day in Haiti.
In addition to specific violences, which claim the life of several people, many failures were observed in the electoral process. They have led a majority of candidates to seek the annulment of the election.
Under these conditions, we call on all stakeholders to dialogue, to calm and responsibility. We also expect the initial conclusions of the electoral observation mission of the Organization of American States.
