Haiti - FLASH : Two fatal accidents in Cap Haitien

Saturday morning, a bus from the University Notre Dame d'Haiti (UNDH) and a private car collided, at Haut-du-Cap, causing the death on the spot of the driver of the car has confirmed the Departmental Committee for Risk Management of North.
