An irregular decision The MOPOD, through its coordinator Jean André Victor, describes as irregular the decision of the Head of State to convene the people in elections given the end of his mandate since 14 June 2016. Meeting between the Consul of Haiti in NYC and the community Last week, the new Consul General of the Republic of Haiti in New York, Me. Peter Helder Bernard, held its 3rd meeting with the Haitian community, and its 6th official release since taking office on 20 June 2016.
