42,075 address changes

Regarding the change of address operations, Richardson Dumel, Communication Director of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) declared at a press conference, "[...] the change of address operation was terminated on 25 July. On the whole territory of the country, there were 42,075 citizens who have changed their address in order they are assigned to a voting center closerof their home.

Out of these 42,075 people, there are 19.701 voters women (47%) and 2,374 women men (53%).

The department that are came top in this change of address operation are : Artibonite with 7,763 people who showed up in the BED and the BEC to make this change, followed by the North with 6.585 and West with 5,670, for the Centre it's 2,103"
