Haiti - Politic : Towards a better management of sports facilities
Friday to the Polyvalent Training Centre of the Croix-des-Bouquets, Abel Nazaire, the Minister of Youth, Sports and Civic Action, accompanied by Bouramah Ali Harouna, the Secretary General of the Conference of Ministers of Youth and Sports of the Francophonie (CONFEJES) and Valiollah Saint Louis Gilmus, Director General of the Ministry, has proceeded to the launch of three training sessions : management of sports infrastructures, management of youth infrastructure and on the sectoral governance.

This launch was an opportunity for the Minister Nazaire and the Secretary General of CONFEJES to evoke, in the presence of senior executives of the Ministry, of expert trainers of the CONFEJES, of directors and managers of sports facilities and various representatives of youth association, the outline and scope of these three training sessions.

For Ali Harouna, these sessions are designed to train and familiarize national managers on the use of management and maintenance Guide of sports facilities and enable the identification of strategiesable to establish relevant and sustainable responses to emerging issues.

For his part, the Minister Nazaire welcomed these trainings which aim to strengthen the capacity of Directors and Sports Facilities Managers, of Youth Centres and Sporting Infrastructure to ensure better maintenance.

Moreover, these sessions will enable participants technicians to replicate the training acquired and make profitable the program.
