Mgr. Poulard disagree with Cardinal Langlois

Electoral budget smaller ?
Tuesday, Nicole Siméon, spokesman of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) said in press conference that electoral funding sources have been identified, the cap is now on the possibilities for reducing certain costs, noting that an important meeting at the Primature was held the day before on this and the next and detailed presentation of the electoral budget. Stating about possible budget cuts, that it is normal from the State point of view to make every effort to save money, without providing further details.

NOTICE : respect with the neutrality principles
François Anick Joseph, Minister of Interior and Territorial Communities inform the general public and the persons concerned in particular, "that because of their obligation of confidentiality and duty of neutrality, the Departmental Delegates, Vice Delegates os arrondissement and all ministry staff have been instructed to refrain from using State resources available to them for partisan and political ends, ubject to the penalties provided by law."

The CEP explains on Borgne and Grand-Goâve
The Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) wished to clarify that the reproduction of cases of constituencies of Borgne and Grand-Goâve to the Special BCEN is justified in the first case because of conflicting decisions and in the second case, the judges who had sat during the BCEN 2015, had failed to agree on a decision final.

Re-use of non-sensitive materials
Nicole Siméon the CEP spokesman said the Electoral Council is currently undertaking the repatriation of non-sensitive materials in order to identify those that can be reused at the next election.
