The Provisional Electoral Council (CEP), informs that following the reports of administrative investigation commissions for the constituencies of Savanette of the first constituency of Port-au-Prince, Cabaret and Camp-Perrin/Maniche and after deliberation, has adopted the following decisions :

Constituency of Savanette :

The maintenance of results of the first round of elections on 25 October 2015 for the constituency of Savanette and the organization of the second round between the candidates Guerda Benjamain Bellevue and Durnoit Duperme, according to the recommendations of the administrative investigation commission.

In addition for that same constituency, the Directorate of Legal Affairs has been instructed to initiate the procedure of denunciations against the named Lendel Lauredant, Roudy Belfort and Bregenève Duperney, accused of murder and violence during the election of 9 August 2015.

First constituency of Port-au-Prince :

The organization of the second round of legislative elections for the first constituency of Port-au-Prince, October 9, 2016 with the candidates Roger Millien, Patrick Severinet Lucsonne Janvier, according to the recommendations of the administrative investigation commission.

Cabaret :

A second round of legislative will be held October 9, 2016 for the constituency of Cabaret with candidates Joseph Manès-Louis, Judith Drouillard Benoit and Pierre Sadrac Fenelus, according to the recommendations of the administrative investigation commission.

Constituency of Camp-Perrin / Maniche :

The second round of legislative elections for the constituency of Camp Perrin / Maniche will be organized between the candidates Jean Wilfrid Lovince and Bertin Augustin, following the execution, by the Votes Tabulation Centre, of judgment of the National Office of Electoral Disputes (BCEN) delivered on 10 September 2015 confirming the decision of BCED of South.
