Haiti - FLASH : Haiti on the path of the storm «Matthew»
The National Weather Service of NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) confirms in its latest bulletin, that the 13th storm "Matthew" is officially formed.

Its current position is in the Lesser Antilles, it moves in West direction passing south of Hispaniola.

Between Friday 30 / September and Monday, October 3, 2016, the storm is expected up on Haiti, Jamaica and Cuba to move towards the Bahamas.

Preventive advice :
The population should speed up its preparations for Protection and survival;
non-perishable food, clean water, medicine and fuel must be stored for at least 3 days after impact;
The inhabitants of risk areas must begin to listen to the radio and the authorities of Civil Protection to evacuate if necessary (in Haiti the services are still silent, while in the Dominican Republic, the first level warning has been triggered in the South) ;
Beware of gullies, rivers in the vias;
Beware the rising tide, particularly at the South coast, southeast of the country with the approach of the storm;
Fishermen are encouraged to remove their boats close to the sea over the weekend;
Plan to protect animals and crops by placing them in height in a safe place.
