He said that the investment spending will be funded from the public treasury (12.5 billion), the Petro Caribe (12.5 billion), [integrated for the first time in the budget] and Cooperation International (43.9 billion gourds). In spite of the difficulties which Haiti crosses, Ronald Baudin estimates for this exercise, a growth rate of 10% and an inflation rate not exceeding 7%. The Minister expects revenue of 36 billion gourds from the General Administration of Customs (22.2 billion) and the Directorate General of Taxes (DGI) 12.9 billion gourds.
