Appeal to Presidential Candidates : "[...] Only one of you will be elected. It will be confronted with this situation of economic catastrophe : earthquake, hurricane and bad management have destroyed everything, misery is everywhere. It takes billions to rebuild and no country accepts borrowing from a non-solvent country. In addition, 70% of the budget depends on foreign countries. The elected official must admit that alone it will not be able to solve the so many problems. It must accept the offer of services of non-winners, all leaders of political parties. As many have already done, accept to recognize the elected and commit yourself to participate in the rescue of the country. Thus, the elected official can undertake to constitute with you the States-General of the nation, inclusive and participative, in order to reach to develop a National Rescue Plan, a kind of Marshal Plan for the reconstruction of Haiti. It is imperative that Haitians and friendly countries of Haiti undertake to support Haiti and that investors return in our country. This is the only exit door I see in this tragic situation. Stop the street troubles. Admit that this electoral system does not suit us.
