Me Camille Edouard Junior, Minister of Justice and Public Security, congratulates the National Police of Haiti (PNH) for the operation that allowed the arrest on Saturday at the international airport Toussaint Louverture, of the dangerous Gang Leader Junior Décimus aka "Tèt kale" operating on Grand Ravine, while he was about to leave the country. He was actively sought and accused of numerous offenses and criminal acts.

The PNH reiterates its repressive policy towards bandits who terrorize the population, in order to guarantee optimal security for all citizens.

The Minister of Justice welcomes the rigor and determination of the PNH agents, while recalling the Government's determination to combat banditry and organized crime.
