The Embassy of Haiti in Mexico, reminds the Haitian community living in Mexico that to renew your passport, besides the application form you will need :

1 - 2 copies of your archive extract;

2 - 2 copies of the first main page of the expired passport or that will expire ;

3 - 2 copies of your marriage certificate if you are married;

4 - 2 color photos, white background, dimension 35x45mn;

5 - The original of the deposit form of 100.00 US dollars, deposited on the account in dollars on the account in dollars of the Embassy of Haiti: Scotiabank # 00107266545 in the name of "Embajada de la República de Haiti"

You can :

a) send the documents by DHL or ESTAFETA and pay in order to send you the form.

b) Or bring your documents directly to the Consulate of the Republic of Haiti located "Calle Sierra Vertientes #840, colonia Lomas de Chapultepec, Delegación Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11000" ;

It is advisable to apply for renewal of your passport 6 months before the expiry date.
