Haiti - Security : Arrest of murderer of young police officer Rigaud 29/12/2016 09:17:12
According to Inspector Desrosiers, the murderer, one of the members of the Gang, went on to confess, presenting to the media 4 of them "These are Jean-Louis Maxon (27) and Frid Colas aka 'Bout' who shot down the police officer."
