Haiti - Social : Wishes of HaitiLibre 25/12/2010 12:28:56
Throughout the year the daily news, brought us its cortege of news, catastrophes and natural disasters, social and political problems... but unlike many media, we will not return on this reality sometimes painful. HaitiLibre prefers speak with you of hope and remember you that in the last day of the year 2010, more than 100,000 children, bearer of hope, seeds of our future will be newly born in our country since the January earthquake. Of daughters and sons who count on us all, in the country and in diaspora, to give them a country where life is good. We also wish to remind the international community to that Haiti: does not need promises, but commitments does not need lie but the truth does not need suspicion, but confidence does not need sympathy but respect Haiti no longer wants to beg, but have partners to rebuild and develop and regain its pride. We wish to this community: awareness, responsibility, understanding and openness. To you all, we extend our best wishes for peace, love, success, courage and perseverance. To have faith in the future, does not mean not ignore reality, forget the past, but it is what allows everyone to make every day a new step towards the revival of Haiti, to stand and proud of our children, who will lead tomorrow, we hope for it, our country with more wisdom. With barely seven months of existence, HaitiLibre has already join over 600,000 unique visitors from all continents, this unprecedented success, it is to you that we must.
