«A successful election day» dixit Berlanger

Sunday, at the press conference of the CEP at the end of the day, Léopold Berlanger, the President of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) declared that "[...] we can say that it is a successful election day, apart from some incidents that we can consider as serious in envions a dozen voting centers out of 1,534.
