Haiti - Education : BAC special session, national success rate 20,77%
The Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training informs the candidates who have failed (recalés) in particular that the complete results of the special session of the permanent Bac organized, from 20 to 23 February are now available for the 10 Regional Directorates of Education (DDE).

According to information provided by the State Examining Office (BUNEXE), out of 16,902 candidates having taken part in the exams across the country, 3.511 were admitted, a national success rate of 20.77%.

Success rate by department :
North : 27,01 % ;
South East : 22, 42 % ;
Centre : 38,86 % ;
West: 20,05 % ;
Nippes : 22,83 % ;
Grand’Anse : 6,88% ;
South : 13,71 % ;
North West : 8,24 % ;
Northeast : 24,44 % ;
Artibonite : 9,74 %.

Candidates can contact the DDE in their region in order to withdraw their notes.

Another session of the permanent baccalauréat is scheduled for the summer of 2017.
