Justin Viard, the Consul General of Haiti in Montreal is pleased to announce that Liliane Marie Laurence Ulysse, of Haitian origin, at the Grand Gala of the finalists of the contest of Miss Canada 2017, held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at the Sheraton Hotel in Laval, Quebec was unanimously elected 2nd runner-up of this prestigious competition.
