Haiti - Security : Jovenel Moses dismayed
President Jovenel Moïse, dismayed by the terrible accident that occurred on Sunday, March 12, in Mapou, at the northern entrance to the city of Gonaïves (Artibonite), where a truck from Cap-Haïtien successively struck 3 rara bands expresses his deep sadness.
