Haiti - Politics : Nocturnal tour of President Moïse
On the night of Sunday, March 12th, President Jovenel Moïse, accompanied by Engineer Joiséus Nader, Director of Urban and Rural Equipment Maintenance Service, conducted a tour of several sites in downtown Port-au-Prince, as part of the reinforcement of infrastructure of the Bois-de-chêne river.

In order to assess the state of the road infrastructure, dumping canals and various bridges, the Head of State visited, among other, around the Champ de Mars: the state of the Canal du Bois de chêne, the arteries of the Cemetery of Port-au-Prince and the Portal Léogane until near the Village de Dieu where the waters flow to the sea. Through these visits, President Moïse wanted to inquire personally on the progress of work already taking place in these different sites leading to the Bois de Chêne.

The Head of State is convinced that the downtown of the Capitale must change face, be more accessible and that must be strengthen its physical infrastructure against floods and other natural hazards.
