After 23 appointments including 11 advisors (decrees published in Le Moniteur N°46-A and 47) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-20476-haiti-flash-jovenel-moise-makes-23-appointments-including-11-advisors.html , the President Jovenel Moïse continued without losing time the establishment of his team of confidence in the State apparatus, by adding 14 new personalities (decrees published in the Moniteur #46): 4 Secretaries of State, 9 Directors General and 1 Secretary General of the Primature (with the rank of Minister).

Primature :

The citizen Hugues Joseph, was appointed Secretary-General of the Primature, with the rank of Minister ;

Secretaries of State :

The citizen Jeantel Joseph, was appointed Secretary of State for Public Security (replaces Colonel Himmler Rébu) ;

The citizen Ronald Décembre, was appointed Secretary of State for Finance ;

The citizen Emile Brutus, was appointed Secretary of State for Literacy ;

The citizen Gérald Oriol Jr., was appointed State Secretary for the Integration of People with Disabilities (he succeeds to himself).

Directors General :

The citizen Jean Jorel Janvier, was appointed Director General of the General Administration of Customs ;

The citizen Agabus Joseph, was appointed Director General of the Office of Insurance Work Accident, Sickness and Maternity (OFATMA) ;

The citizen Gamall Augustin, was appointed Director General of the National Television of Haiti (T.N.H.) (replaces Dischler Marcelin) ;

The citizen Marc Exavier, was appointed Director General of the National Radio of Haiti (R.N.H.) ;

The citizen Yves Penel, was appointed Director General of the National Theater ;

The citizen Charles Ernest Chatellier, was appointed Director General of the Fund for Economic and Social Assistance (FAES) ;

The citizen Chesnel Pierre, was appointed Director General of the National Old-age Insurance Office (ONA) ;

The citizen Hervé Eveillard, was appointed Director General of the National Port Authority (APN) ;

The citizen Elie Blaise, was appointed Director General of the Office of Vehicle Insurance Against Third Party (OAVCT).
