As part of the CONCACAF U-17 Championship qualifier for the FIFA World Cup to be held in India this year (6 to 28 October 2017), the Haitian men's under-17 selection will be in Panama starting Monday, April 17, four days before its first match against Curacao on April 21.

In preparation for Brazil since November 2016, all the players selected by the Brazilian coach Rafael Novaes Dias have obtained their entry visas to Panama and all the formalities have been fulfilled for their arrival in this country where they will have ther time to be acclimatised before starting this final elimination phase which will bring out the four countries that will represent the Confederation of North American, Central American and Caribbean Football (CONCACAF) in India.

At the Maracana Stadium in Panama City on April 21st and in a 100% Caribbean duel, our young grenadiers will start the competition against Curacao, which they had already defeated [3-1] at the Caribbean Cup last September https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-18714-haiti-u17-football-our-grenadiers-victorious-in-the-semifinals-[3-1].html .

They will challenge the host country (Panama) on 24 and then close the group matches against Honduras on 27 April.
