Following the judgments of the National Electoral Disputes Bureau (BCEN) and after deliberation and in accordance with Article 188 of the Electoral Decree of 2 March 2015, the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) proclaimed the final results of the Elections of Local Authorities for the Assemblies of the Communal Sections (ASEC), the Boards of the Municipal Sections (CASEC) and the City Delegates (DV).

The results will also be available at the Direction des Opérations Electorales, located at Route de Frères, Petion-ville, at number 133; At the level of all the Departmental (BED) and Communal (BEC) Electoral Offices.

NOTE : Elections must be organized and resumed for certain positions of Delegates of City, ASEC and CASEC in the following Communes and Communal Sections :

Delegate City of Pestel (Grand'Anse), for lack of candidacy;

ASEC/CASEC, Carrefour (West), communal section of Berly, for acts of vandalism;

ASEC/CASEC, Léogâne (West), 7th section Beauséjour, for acts of vandalism;

ASEC/CASEC, Acul du Nord (North); 5th section Coupe à David, for acts of vandalism;

ASEC, Ouanaminthe (Northeast), 7th section Savane au Lait, for non-holding of elections for lack of candidacy;

CASEC, Ferrier (Northeast), 3rd section Maribahoux, for equality of votes;

SEC, St Louis du Nord (North-West), 6th section Lafague, for non-holding of elections for lack of candidacy;

ASEC / CASEC, Côtes de Fer (Southeast), 6th section Jamais Vu, for acts of vandalism;

ASEC / CASEC, Jacmel, (Southeast), 7th section Grande Rivière de Jacmel, for acts of vandalism;
