In order to ensure the safety of the Presidential Caravan of Change, which will start on May 1 and the Labor Day (May 1) and Flag (May 18) celebrations, Max Rudolph Saint-Albin, Minister of the Interior asked in a note addressed to the Minister of Finance to allocate 100 million Gourdes to carry out its mission.
