He spoke of the establishment of a national intelligence system, including a warning center; Of the deployment of 1,000 brigadiers for road safety throughout the country, a force that he intends to increase to 3,000 before next September. On this last point, the Secretary of State has remained silent on the recruitment methods, training and working conditions of these brigadiers... In addition to these aspects, he referred to the control of firearms, the security of the banking establishments, the control of public transport in bus stations, the fight against noise nuisance and the continuation of the professionalization program of the National Police of Haiti (PNH).
