Minister of Education in Mexico

Following the opening by the Head of the Government of Mexico City, Miguel Mancera, of the Seminar on School Feeding in Latin America and the Caribbean (24-26 April); Pierre Josué Angenor Cadet, the Minister of National Education, spoke on the first panel to present Haiti's efforts in the area of school feeding.
