Haiti - Policy : Installation of the Director of Private Cabinet of PM
Thursday, Prime Minister Jack Guy Lafontant, in the presence among others of the Secretary General of the Prime Minister Hugues Joseph, proceeded to the installation of Dr. Joseph Guillaume as Director of Private Cabinet and whose mission will be to assist the Prime Minister in the fulfillment of his General Policy.
He will also be responsible for leading the Cabinet team responsible for developing strategies and actions that can help the Government to address the political, social and economic challenges faced by the country.
"You are called, Mr the Director of Cabinet at a time when our country is experiencing difficult situations. I know that you have all the qualities to fulfill the function of Cabinet Director. Only actions, which will help us to meet the challenges for which we have been engaged, count," decalred the Prime Minister.
"It is an honor to be able to work in helping the Prime Minister to lead and negotiate compromises", said Joseph Guillaume after his traditional thanks and before addressing the cabinet team to remind it of the tasks and their mission to assist the two Heads of the Executive in the accomplishment of their respective missions.
