On Saturday, May 13th, Haitian South Florida food lovers are invited to attend the 5th edition of Taste of Haiti organized by the Haitian Culinary Alliance (HCA), a highly anticipated culinary and cultural festival celebrating culinary and cultural heritage of Haiti. This Festival is the only major event of its kind to celebrate specifically the cuisine and culture of Haiti.

This event will take place at Miami Dade College North, 11380 NW 27th Avenue (lot 2), Miami, FL 33167, from 3:00 to 10:00 p.m. admission is free for the general public.

The "Top Chef Cook-Off" returns for this 5th Edition with fierce competitors and culinary demonstrations by famous chefs such as the "Creole Chef", a star of PBS television series "Taste the Islands" with Chef Irie & Chef Thia and Chef Craig Culinary Ambassador to Barbados.

Will also be associated top our Judge Patrick Tardieu international football star and designer of Bogosse, Dj Mix Nicky, the official DJ of Festival of the past 4 years will be joined by Haitian radio host and DJ, Frankie Mixx.

The entertainment of this year would be nothing extraordinary without the group headlining 5Lan & Olivier Duret and other activities such as the 1st annual contest of competition of Domino "DEKABES 2 on 2".
