Wayne Messam, Mayor of the Town of Miramar (Broward County, South East Florida) and Commissioner Darline B. Riggs, in partnership with the Consulate General of Haiti in Miami, are pleased to invite the Haitian community in particular and the general public at the celebration of the 214th anniversary of our bicolour.
