Solidarité Laïque a French organization that works in twenty countries, including Haiti since 2011, as part of Phase 3 of a collective program to improve the quality of education and promote social dialogue in Haiti, which will start in 2018, Solidarité Laïque wishes to develop a broader partnership strategy within the Franco-Haitian civil society and, to this end, is launching a call for expressions of interest for organizations wishing to participate in this program.

This call aims at combining new skills and experiences by expanding the Franco-Haitian collective to define the lines of intervention of the next program and to create a collective dynamic around education and social dialogue in Haiti for the period 2018- 2020.

The objective of this new phase will be to strengthen the role of civil society in the development of local and national educational policies aimed at improving the quality of education and fostering collective and concerted social dialogue.

Who can be candidate ? :

Organizations wishing to participate must :

• Be a French or Haitian legal structure (applications from structures of other nationalities must be duly justified) ;

• Have competence in the following areas: education, social protection, social dialogue, access to rights, training, socio-professional integration, SSE, capacity building, advocacy and dialogue ;

• Working in Haiti for at least 5 years ;

• Act in partnership with local CSOs and Public Authorities ;

• Having excellent organizational skills (HR, governance...) & financial ;

• As far as possible, have an audit and evaluation of the last program and a financial report certified by an accounting firm of the last year of exercise.
