Haiti - FLASH : An important quantity of rice mysteriously thrown at Tabarre
Wednesday was discovered a mysterious dumping of a cargo of rice in the commune of Tabarre, which would have taken place on Tuesday night. This manna of quality and of unknown origin caused, from its discovery, the rush of inhabitants of the area on this rice, whose dangerousness is unknown.
