"Digicel advises its customers that a major electrical energy problem at one of its largest sites has affected some of its services during the day of May 23rd.

It hastened to inform the general public and its subscribers in particular that these difficulties had largely been resolved with the exception of certain isolated cases in the South Department. The Digicel technical team continues to work tirelessly to restore service as soon as possible and to prevent this from happening again.

The Digicel sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience these technical difficulties may have caused and thanks its customers for their patience and understanding."
