The Primature informs the general public and employees of the Office of Vehicle Insurance Against Third Party (OAVCT) in particular that in order to resolve the current crisis, the Prime Minister, Head of Government, having the Central Administration of the State, decided to set up a delegation responsible :

1) to gather the positions or grievances of the protagonists;

2) to assess the situation on the basis of the information and data collected at the institution;

3) make appropriate recommendations to the Prime Minister.

The delegation is composed of representatives of the Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH), of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) and of the Primature. it has a period of one week to conclude its works.

The Prime Minister recalled that, in a state governed by the rule of law, the respect for and application of the law facilitates the peaceful resolution of conflicts. In this spirit, he encourages and invites citizens and protestors to follow the path of dialogue and procedures established by law in order to resolve any dispute arising in public institutions.

Let's recall that at the level of the OAVCT, a situation of tension prevails and the employees on strike denounce the occupation of the premises of the organization by the PNH on the order of the director general Elie Blaise, that they accuse of corruption and of administrative incompetence.
