Haiti - Politics : Moïse at the Feast of St. John the Baptist in Trou-du-Nord

Saturday, President Jovenel Moïse accompanied by his wife Martine and his 3 children [Joverlein (the elder), Jomarlie (the younger) and Jovenel Junior Moïse (the youngest)], participated in the Eucharistic celebration of the feast of St. John the Baptist, Patron Saint of Trou-du-Nord (birthplace of the Head of State), in the presence of senators Ronald Larèche, Dieudonne Lima Etienne, the city mayor, Dieudonné Guillaume, civil authorities of great North and several hundred Christian faithful from all corners of the country.

In his homily, the Vicar General of the Diocese of Fort-Liberté, Mgr. Elius Bélizaire, insisted on the humility and courage of John the Baptist as the Forerunner of Jesus Christ. Celebrated under the theme, "John the Baptist helps us to stay daithful to our mission to make justice a reality in the country" "and asked citizens to adopt responsible behavior to transform the country.

President Moses, who has never missed the opportunity to present his great vision for Haiti, has promised to do everything possible to put to contribution all the resources of the country for its full development.
