In order to constitute a body of State Administrators for Public Administration, the Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH) announces the forthcoming recruitment (internal and external) of a first promotion of 50 postulants holders at least ofa degree-level license.

The competition, which will take place during September 2017 , will allow the selection of future senior executives through a renewed procedure. The winners will be trained from October 2017.

An Order of the Prime Minister will specify the recruitment criteria, the conditions of admission, the procedure and all related administrative formalities

This initiative reflects the desire to address the identified shortfall of high-level executives in the civil service and to open access to public administration to young people on a merit basis. With this in mind, OMRH strongly encourages the candidacy of young people, women and persons with disabilities in order to have a public service open to the diversity of profiles.

The selection of candidates will be made by a jury independent of the administrative authority with the power to appoint.
