Given the particular situation of tension and mass repatriation of Haitians in irregular migratory situations, the Consulate General of the Republic of Haiti in Higuëy informs Haitians living in the eastern part of the Dominican Republic, particularly in San Pedro de Macoris, La Romana, Higuëy, Bavaro and Punta Cana, that to strengthen its services to its citizens, it has just created two mobile consular brigades, available 24/7.
